Tile Flooring

Why tile floors suit Tampa Bay

Tile stays cool underfoot, handles sand and moisture, and lasts for years, so it has always been a natural choice for Florida homes. Porcelain is especially durable and comes in stone, marble and wood looks. It works in kitchens, bathrooms, entries, hallways and open living areas.

Large-format and patterned layouts

Large-format tile makes a space feel open and upscale, with fewer grout lines to clean. Offset, herringbone and diagonal layouts add interest, and a matching tile base gives hallways and commercial-style spaces a sharp finish. Choosing the layout early helps you order the right amount of tile and plan where the cuts land.

Flat floors, tight lines

The bigger the tile, the flatter the floor has to be. We check the surface, prepare it, and lay out the room before setting anything, so the tile sits flat with tight, straight grout lines. Grout color and transitions to other flooring are planned too, so the whole floor looks intentional from every doorway.
