Glue-Down LVP Flooring
Glue-down LVP is bonded directly to the floor, so it feels solid underfoot and stays put in large open rooms and under heavy furniture. It is a strong option over the concrete slabs found in many Tampa Bay homes. We handle floor preparation and installation from start to finish.

What makes glue-down LVP different
Glue-down LVP is bonded directly to the floor instead of floating on top of it. That gives it a solid, quiet feel underfoot, and it stays put in large open rooms and under heavy furniture. Because it sits lower than floating floors, it can also make door and height transitions easier.
A strong match for concrete slabs
Many Tampa Bay homes sit on concrete slabs, which makes glue-down LVP a natural fit. The slab has to be clean, flat and dry, so we check for moisture and prepare the surface before any adhesive goes down. That prep is the most important part of the job, and it is where a careful installer shows the difference.
Floating or glue-down?
Glue-down flooring takes more preparation and is harder to remove later, but it handles large spaces well. Floating LVP installs faster and is easier to replace. We look at your floor, your rooms and how you live, and we help you choose the right option for your home or condo.

Glue-Down LVP Flooring questions
Is glue-down LVP better than floating LVP?
It depends on the space. Glue-down is a strong choice for large rooms and slab floors, while floating LVP is quicker to install and easier to replace.
Can glue-down LVP go on concrete?
Yes, as long as the slab is clean, flat and dry. We check and prepare the floor first.
Is glue-down LVP quieter?
It usually feels more solid and sounds less hollow underfoot, because it is bonded directly to the floor.
