Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling in St. Petersburg, FL
St. Petersburg is one of our two main service areas, along with Tampa. Ryan and Parker are on every job, so you work with the owners from the first walkthrough to the final detail. We remodel kitchens and bathrooms across the city, including Old Northeast, Kenwood, Crescent Lake, Snell Isle, Shore Acres, Disston Heights and Pinellas Point.
St. Pete homes have their own quirks. Historic bungalows in Old Northeast and Kenwood often have out-of-square walls and small kitchens that need custom cabinetry to make the most of every inch. Mid-century block homes in Shore Acres and Pinellas Point sit on concrete slabs, which makes glue-down LVP and tile strong flooring choices. If your home is in a flood zone, the FEMA 50% rule can limit a large remodel, so check with the city early in your planning.

Popular projects in St. Pete
St. Pete homeowners call us most for kitchen remodels, custom cabinetry, walk-in showers and tile. New LVP or engineered wood flooring is a popular update in older homes, and trim work, painting and drywall repair can bring a dated room back to life. We know how these homes are built, and we plan every project around it.
Remodeling contractor, owners on site
When you hire Ace of Spade Builders, you get the owners on your job. Our clients talk about the attention to detail, the clean job sites and working directly with Ryan and Parker. That is what we set out to do when we started the company in 2024.
