Remodels in Progress
See what happens behind the walls. These photos show our kitchen and bathroom remodels in St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay during demolition, framing, waterproofing and tile work, before the finishes go on.
What happens behind the walls
A finished remodel only looks good because of the work you cannot see. These photos show the steps that matter: demolition, framing, drywall, waterproofing and tile layout. Getting this stage right is what makes finishes last.
A clean, protected job site
During a remodel, your home is still your home. We protect floors, keep the work area organized and clean up at the end of every day, so the job stays under control from demolition to the final walkthrough.
See it from start to finish
Every project moves through the same stages: walkthrough, selections, build and final reveal. You get a written schedule and regular updates, so you always know what is happening next.
Where we work
We serve homeowners in St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater and Largo, across Pinellas and Hillsborough counties.
Remodels in Progress questions
Can I see my project while it is underway?
Yes. We keep you updated at every stage, and you can see the progress as the work moves along.
What is the messiest part of a remodel?
Demolition and drywall create the most dust. We protect the work area and clean up every day.
Why does waterproofing matter so much?
Tile does not keep water out of your walls. The waterproofing behind it does, so it has to be done right before tile goes up.
